WHAT is a Cancellation Refund Request ?

All  cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your ticket as per airlines rules, based on refundable.non-refudnable, no show, cancellation due to bad weather and several other conditions. Not all tickets are refundable, full details of the terms and conditions of your ticket can be checked from us before purchasing or cancelling your tickets.Please refer to your Booking Reference Number sent to you in your eTickets and contact us by replying to the email we had sent you in the eTciket to make a cancellation refund request. IF THE TICKET IS ISSUED BY AGENT, DO NOT CALL AIRLINES AND CANCEL TICKET YOURSELF DIRECTLY. Do it thru the agent from where you have purchsed the ticket.

WHAT is  Cancellation Refund Process ?

1) Please refer to your Booking Reference Number given to you in your eTicket receipt email and identify for which passengers you would like to cancel.

2) Talk to your agent and send email request and clarify everything before cancelling the tickets.

3) You must give your reachable contact number otherwise it will be very difficult to handle cancellation request to contact to, if it is urgent.

4) Cancel your original ticket as far in advance of your travel date as possible. Many airlines have restrictions as to how soon before a flight, often 24 hours,48 Hours, 72 Hours, you will be able to cancel a ticket for refund or voucher. If you simply don't show up on the day of your flight, your ticket  will lose all value and we can not prrocess for cancellation or refund request.

5) Sending us a cancellation request does not mean that you will get a refund. It must be as per airlines cancellation policy and as advised by your agent.
