Responsibilities :

• Respond to customers email and inbound calls.
• Provide information on products/services to customers.
• Work with Suppliers and make bookings/itineraries as per customer requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on bookings to confirm successful sales.
• Good Knowledge of airlines industry and services.
• Good Knowledge of Geography.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in travel industry
   

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in travel industry
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill
• Good Knowledge of Geography and airlines/airtickets industry
• Good Knowledge of GDS (Sabre and Amedeus)
